The Bridal Mate platform is designed to help couples plan and share their weddings. Users are expected to utilize our services solely for their intended personal or professional wedding planning purposes, maintaining respect for the platform's resources and other users.

2. Prohibited Actions

To maintain the quality and reliability of our service, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited mass communications or using the platform to distribute promotional material unrelated to a specific wedding event.
• Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others.
• Malicious Activity: Attempting to compromise the platform's security, reverse engineering our code, or distributing malware.
• Illegal Content: Uploading or sharing content that violates local, national, or international laws.

3. System Limits

While we strive to provide a generous service, excessive use that impacts the experience of other users is monitored. This includes disproportionately high bandwidth usage, API request spamming, or excessive storage consumption. We reserve the right to enforce soft and hard limits on resource consumption based on your account tier.

Violations of this Fair Usage Policy may result in immediate action, including but not limited to, temporary throttling of resources, formal warnings, or the permanent suspension of your account without notice. Decisions regarding violations are at the sole discretion of Bridal Mate.
